Our customized itineraries include a fully personalized daily plan, interactive Google maps with saved locations, notes, and pinned locations, accommodation and dining recommendations, transportation guidance, cultural tips, and up to five revisions. We also offer travel bookings by our licensed travel agents at no additional cost to you.

After our initial consultation (done asynchronously via the Voxer app), you’ll receive your first draft within 7–10 business days. The final version will be completed based on your feedback and revisions. If you have a last-minute trip, expedited planning may be available for an additional fee.

Yes! As a team of fully licensed travel agents, we can book accommodations, activities, and transportation at no extra charge to you. You’ll get the benefit of expert recommendations while ensuring everything is seamlessly arranged for your trip.

We offer personalized coaching to help you move to Ireland with confidence. Our services include visa and residency guidance, housing and neighborhood recommendations, financial setup tips, cost-of-living breakdowns, job market insights, and cultural adjustments. We also offer ongoing support packages for those who need continued guidance.

We provide information and guidance on visa options, requirements, and application strategies, however we are not immigration lawyers. If you need legal visa assistance, we can connect you with trusted professionals.

Our assistance in this area will vary depending on the length of your stay in Ireland, and/or your motivation for travel or immigration.

We can provide rental market guidance, neighborhood recommendations, and resources to help you find short-term and long-term housing. However, we are not real estate agents, so we can’t directly secure a property for you. But we can help you navigate the process and avoid common pitfalls.

Not at all! We create bespoke itineraries for everyone – whether it’s your first trip or your fifth. We can craft a plan that explores Ireland’s famous sights or help you discover the hidden gems you won’t find in guidebooks.

Absolutely! Whether you need help filling in the gaps or refining what you’ve already planned, we can step in to make sure your itinerary is seamless, well-paced, and unforgettable.

For our itinerary planning service, support ceases as soon as the final itinerary is delivered. Should we book travel for you in a travel agent capacity, or if you hire us for coaching or relocation assistance, then on-the-ground support will be included.

Our itinerary planning and travel agent services do not include coaching sessions. However, if you purchase a travel coaching package or relocation assistance, we’ll start with a one-hour call to discuss your situation and goals.

From there, we create a custom plan and provide support through additional calls and messaging based on the package you choose.

Yes! We offer job market insights, networking strategies, and advice on finding work in Ireland. We can help you navigate job boards, LinkedIn, and professional connections to improve your chances of securing a job.
